Important Note: All donations made to Rakshan Foundation are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

In the event of an erroneous transaction or if you have specific concerns regarding your donation, please contact us at support@rakshanfoundation.org within 48 hours of the transaction.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Send an email to support@rakshanfoundation.org within 48 hours of the transaction.

Clearly state the reason for your refund request and provide:

Transaction ID / Order Number
Donation amount and date
Payment method used (UPI, Card, NetBanking, etc.)
Detailed description of the issue
Screenshot of transaction (if available)

Our team will verify your request and contact you within 3-5 business days regarding the status.

Processing of Refunds

Timeline

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within:

14 business days

*Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction:

UPI → Refund to same UPI ID
Credit/Debit Card → Refund to same card
NetBanking → Refund to same bank account
Cash/Cheque → Refund via cheque/DD

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed successfully.
